delivery & returns


How long will my order take to be sent out?

Orders are usually shipped within 1-5 working days. I always aim to send out orders as quickly as possible. If you require your order quickly please get in touch and I will always do my best to accommodate. 

Due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic and in line with current national lockdown rules, small items (such as tea towels, coasters, notebooks, accessories bags) will be posted daily when I'm out for my walk. Larger orders (such as mugs, orders with multiple items) will be posted twice a week. 

How will orders be sent?

All orders are beautifully wrapped in tissue paper and packaged securely. Orders will be shipped Royal Mail 1st class within the UK and Royal Mail International Standard for international orders. If you require a tracked service please get in touch before you place your order.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping (postage & packaging) is calculated on checkout. 

Shipping starts from £1.35 in the UK and £4.10 to USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand.

Orders over £40 are shipped free within the UK.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship to USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Unfortunately we have had to suspend shipping to Europe due to the uncertainty resulting from Brexit. When we have further information about how shipping to Europe will operate from the UK this option will be reinstated. If you are anywhere else in the world and would like to place an order please get in touch for a bespoke shipping quote. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Do you accept returns?

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your order please get in touch as soon as possible and within 14 days. You then have 14 days from getting in touch to return your order for a full refund. This does not apply to personalised items - these are non-returnable unless they are faulty when received.

Return postage will not be reimbursed and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure returned items are packaged and returned safely. Please obtain proof of postage and tracking. Returned items lost in the post cannot be refunded. A return address will be provided when you get in touch. 

The exception to this is if your order is damaged when you receive it. If this happens please contact me as soon as possible (and within 14 days of receipt) and send photos of the damage. A refund can be issued or a replacement will be sent and there will be no additional postage costs for this.
